基于团队学习形式的综合性实践在成人护理学课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于团队学习形式的综合性实践在成人护理学课程应用的教学效果。方法:整群抽样2014级95位护理本科学生,2013级102位护理本科学生,分别开展团队学习形式的综合性实践和传统综合性实践,比较实践教学改革的效果。结果:实验组学生实践考核成绩(94.8±1.0、92.6±1.4、82.0±6.0、95.1±2.5)、期末理论考核综合型试题得分(7.6±1.1、11.0±1.7)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合团队学习形式开展综合性实践教学能提高教学质量。[Objective]To discuss the teaching effect of comprehensive practice based on team learning in adult nursing courses.[Method]A cluster sample of 95 nursing undergraduates in 2014 and 102 nursing undergraduates in 2013 was conducted to compare the effect of practical teaching reform.[Result]The experimental group students’practical assessment scores(94.8±1.0,92.6±1.4,82.0±6.0,95.1±2.5),and the final theoretical assessment comprehensive test scores(7.6±1.1,11.0±1.7)were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Comprehensive practice teaching combined with team learning can enhance teaching effect and improve teaching quality.
