法医学专业实验室的体系建构与管理模式探究

摘　　要：高等教育的新设专业实验室建设是新专业建设的重要基础。本文以杭州医学院新开设的法医学专业为例,从校内实验室的硬件、软件、校外实践平台三个方向的建设阐述新专业实验室的体系建构;从实验室的制度、设备、师资团队三方面的建设与管理探讨新专业实验室的管理模式;提出了量化指标和主观评价相结合的建设效果评价体系,为国内高校的新专业建设或法医学专业的实验室建设提供参考。The construction of new professional laboratories in higher education is an important foundation of new major constructions.This study will take the new forensic medicine major of Hangzhou Medical College as an example,and elaborate the system construction of the new professional laboratory from three aspects:the laboratory hardware,the laboratory software and the extramural practice platform.This study also probes into the management mode of new professional laboratory from three aspects:the construction and management of laboratory system,equipment and teaching staff.The construction effect evaluation system combining quantitative index and subjective evaluation is put forward as well.It provides references for the construction of new major in domestic universities or the laboratory construction of forensic medicine major.
