“3H”护理模式在产科母婴床旁优质护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨"3H"护理摸式在产科母婴床旁优质护理中的应用。方法:2018年12月至2019年6月住院产妇420例随机分为2组,观察组入院后采用"3H"护理模式下的母婴同室护理,对照组按母婴同室整体护理进行。结果:观察组产妇新生儿沐浴、新生儿抚触、脐带护理得分(14.25±3.38、15.05±3.29、15.94±2.78)高于对照组(12.67±2.69、12.22±2.29、12.40±2.09,P<0.05);观察组健康知识掌握得分(53.85±4.79)高于对照组(45.30±6.32,P<0.05);观察组对健康教育过程、健康教育效果和护士健康教育能力的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"3H"护理模式有助于提高产妇对新生儿护理知识和技能的掌握,有利于提高健康教育满意度。[Objective]To explore the application of"3 H"nursing model in high-quality nursing of bedside maternal and infant beds in obstetric.[Method]420 maternal were randomly divided into two groups from December 2018 to June 2019,the observation group was used for"3 H"nursing model,the control group was carried out according to the whole nursing in the same room of maternal and infant.[Result]The observation group of scores of bathing,touching and nursing were higher than that of the control group.the scores of the observation group were(14.25±3.38,15.05±3.29,15.94±2.78),respectively,and the control group were(12.67±2.69,12.22±2.29,12.40±2.09),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge in the observation group was 53.85±4.79,which is higher than that of the control group(45.30±6.32)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the process of health education,effect of health education and ability of health education of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]"3 H"nursing model helps to improve the knowledge and skills of maternal neonatal nursing and the satisfaction degree of nursing,and it will be helpful to improve the satisfaction of health education.
