自制鼻腔冲洗器在上呼吸道感染婴幼儿鼻腔冲洗护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察自制鼻腔冲洗器在上呼吸道感染有鼻部症状的婴幼儿鼻腔冲洗中的临床应用效果。方法:220例患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组110例。2组均采用常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组采用传统吸痰管进行鼻腔冲洗,观察组采用自制鼻腔冲洗套件装置进行鼻腔冲洗。观察2组患儿鼻部临床症状消失的时间、睡眠质量的改善和患儿家属的满意度情况。结果:观察组鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏消失的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属的总满意率为84.5%,高于对照组的60.9%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制鼻腔冲洗器既能明显改善上呼吸道感染有鼻部症状的婴幼儿的鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏等临床症状,也能提高家属的满意度,值得临床护理推广应用。[Objective]To observe the nursing effect of self-made nasal irrigator in nasal cavity irrigation for infants with upper respiratory tract infection and nasal symptoms.[Method]220 infants were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 110 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The control group was treated with traditional sputum suction tube for nasal irrigation.The observation group used self-made nasal irrigation kit for nasal irrigation.The time of disappearance of nasal symptoms,improvement of sleep quality and satisfaction of family members were observed.[Result]The time of nasal obstruction,runny nose and sneeze disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 84.5%.Compared with the control group(60.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The Self-made nasal irrigation device can not only obviously improve the nasal obstruction,runny nose,sneezing and other clinical symptoms of infants and children with nasal symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection,but also improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of clinical nursing promotion and application.
