摘  要:目的:分析浙江省血细胞形态学室间质量评价体系2009-2019年运行情况。方法:利用血细胞形态学室间质量评价体系在全省范围内定期发放血细胞形态学质控图,收到结果后以完全符合、基本符合和不符合进行结果评价并及时反馈给实验室改进。结果:血细胞形态学室间质量评价体系运行11年,回报实验室数增长明显,适合各级各类医疗机构推广;各主要细胞形态类型2015-2019年的符合率均明显高于2009-2014年的符合率。结论:血细胞形态学室间质量评价体系的运行推广了形态学知识,长期实施能有效提高检验人员形态学识别能力。[Objective]To study and analyze the the system of external quality assessment scheme for bloodcell morphologyfrom 2009 to 2019 in Zhejiang Province.[Method]To distribute periodically blood cell morphological quality evaluation pattern in the external quality assessment scheme in Zhejiang province.Assess the results of the return from the laboratory and reference back to the laboratory.[Result]The system of external quality assessment scheme for blood cell morphology run 11 years,and the number of return laboratories has increased significantly,which is suitable for promotion in various medical institutions.The coincidence rate of all major cell morphology types was significantly higher in"2015 to 2019"than that in"2009 to 2014".[Conclusion]The system of external quality assessment scheme for blood cell morphology is a kind of comprehensive extend the knowledge of morphology,and can effectively improve the morphological recognition ability of inspectors.
