摘 要:研究了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)与传统线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的结构差别,对比了两者吹塑薄膜的力学性能、热封性能、光学性能以及流变行为。结果表明:共聚单体种类及分布对性能有很大影响;拥有更长支链且分布更均匀的mLLDPE拥有更好的力学性能、热封性能及光学性能;mLLDPE在吹塑时具有更稳定的膜泡,而LLDPE的加工速度更快。The structural differences between metallocene linear low-density polyethylene(mLLDPE)and traditional linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)were observed,and the mechanical properties,heat sealing properties,optical properties and rheological behavior of blown films made by these materials were compared.The results show that the types and distribution of comonomer exert great influence on the properties of the products.The mLLDPE has longer branching and more uniform distribution of comonomer,performing better in mechanical,heat sealing and optical properties.The mLLDPE has more stable bubble during blowmolding,while LLDPE has a faster processing speed.
