摘 要:分析了3种聚乙烯的结构与性能。结果表明:PE-1为线型聚乙烯;PE-2,PE-3为支化聚乙烯,支化度分别为0.83%,1.94%(y);PE-1的相对分子质量约为50000,而PE-2和PE-3的相对分子质量均低于50000;随着支化度的增加,PE-1,PE-2,PE-3的熔点和焓变依次降低;随着支化度增加,聚乙烯的结晶度、机械强度下降,断裂拉伸应变提高。The structure and properties of three kinds of polyethylene(PE)were tested and analyzed.The results show that PE-1 is linear polyethylene,PE-2 and PE-3 are branched polyethylene,whose branching degrees are 0.83%and 1.94%respectively.The relative molecular mass of PE-1 is about 50000,while those of PE-2 and PE-3 are lower than 50000.The melting point and enthalpy of PE-1,PE-2 and PE-3 are decreased with the increase of their branching degree.The crystallinity and mechanical properties of PE decrease with the degree of branching increasing,while their elongation at break increase.
