聚苯乙烯在涂料制备领域的应用

摘　　要：分析了聚苯乙烯的附着力和导热性能。以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为基础溶剂,可用于防水涂料;通过对聚苯乙烯进行改性,结合聚脲弹性涂料,可用于防腐涂料;将乙酸乙酯溶于甲苯中,以该混合溶液为基础溶剂,用于防锈涂料的制备;在硫酸钾作用下,将溶于阻燃剂的三氯乙烯接枝到聚苯乙烯上,实现其在防火涂料中的应用。采用聚苯乙烯制备的涂料能够延长基材使用寿命。The adhesion and thermal conductivity of polystyrene are analyzed,which is used as waterproof coatings with dibutyl phthalate as the basic solvent.Polystyrene is modified and combined with polyurea elastic coating for anti-corrosion.Ethyl acetate is dissolved in toluene,this mixed solution was used as the basic solvent of polystyrene for anti-rust applications.Trichloroethylene dissolved in flame retardant is grafted to polystyrene with the help of potassium sulfatet for fire protection.The coatings prepared with polystyrene can prolong the service life of the substrate.
