摘 要:为解决LTCF微磁变压器宽温工作问题,对现有M400、G19、G45等三种牌号的LTCF材料进行了干压样环、LTCF样环、两类LTCF变压器在不同烧结工艺参数下的电感温度特性研究。发现LTCF微磁变压器电感温度特性是由多个因素共同作用的结果,主要影响因素为LTCF材料的温度特性,同时受绕组结构、绕组分布、气隙实现等多个因素的共同影响,提高LTCF微磁变压器电感温度特性的关键是实现具有高居里温度、高磁导率、低功耗、低温度系数等优异的综合磁性能LTCF材料。通过改进设计和工艺,变压器电感归一化率在125℃达到≥70%。To solve the problem of wide temperature operating rage of LTCF transformer,an experimental study was carried out on the temperature characteristic of three kinds of materials,M400,G19,G45,the sample ring of directly pressing the powder,realized by LTCF process and two type of LTCF transformer,using different sintering process parameters.It shows that the temperature characteristic of LTCF transformer is the result of multiple factors,mainly including LTCF material’s temperature characteristics,winding structure and distribution,air gap’s implementation.LTCF material with high Curie temperature,high permeability,low power loss,wide temperature coefficient and other comprehensive magnetic properties are the key to improve the temperature characteristics of LTCF transformer.The experimental results indicate that the inductance normalization rate of transformer is above 70%at 125℃as a result of design and process improvement.
