摘  要:用氧化物法制备了Bi3+添加、Mg2+取代低温烧结尖晶石LiZn铁氧体材料。考察了Mg2+取代和Bi3+添加对材料性能的影响。结果表明,Bi3+添加能有效降低烧结温度,制备出烧结温度Ts低于900℃的低温烧结微波铁氧体粉料;在满足低温烧结条件下,材料的饱和磁化强度Ms随着Mg2+取代量的增加而减小;当Mg2+含量超过0.2时,介电损耗角正切tanδε、矫顽力Hc明显增高,而剩磁比R明显降低;铁磁共振线宽ΔH先降后趋平。The spinel LiZn ferrite materials with Bi^3+addition and Mg^2+substitution were prepared by oxide method,and the effect of Bi^3+addition and Mg^2+substitution on their properties was researched.The results show that the addition of Bi^3+can effectively reduce the sintering temperature to lower than 900℃.Under the condition of low temperature sintering,the saturation magnetization of the material decreases with increasing Mg^2+substitution.When the content of Mg^2+exceeds 0.2,dielectric loss tangent and coercive force increase and the remanence ratio decreases significantly;and the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth decreases first and then approaching to be smooth.
