摘　　要：当前很多发电厂中压断路器五防闭锁装置对临时接地线的管理是通过操作票制度实现的,仅停留在"人防"阶段。针对漏拆临时接地线导致带地线合断路器的误操作事故时有发生的情况,设计一种临时接地线闭锁装置,通过"技防"实现了"防止带临时接地线合断路器"功能,以供参考借鉴。At present,the management of the temporary grounding line(hereinafter referred to as the grounding line)by the five anti-locking device of the middle voltage circuit breaker in many power plants is realized through the operation ticket system,which only stays in the phase of"manual defense".In this paper,a temporary grounding line latching device is designed,and the function of"preventing temporary grounding line from closing circuit breaker"is realized through"technical defense".
