小儿肺炎喘嗽中医特色护理方案的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿肺炎喘嗽应用中医特色护理方案的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的136例肺炎喘嗽患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组68例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医特色护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组肺功能指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组肺功能指标均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎喘嗽应用中医特色护理方案有助于改善患儿肺功能,加快临床症状缓解,应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing plan for pediatric pneumonia and asthma.Method:A total of 136 children with pneumonia and asthma who were admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in lung function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,lung function indexes of both groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,cough disappearance time and lung rales disappearance time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing plan for pediatric pneumonia and asthma can accelerate the remission of clinical symptoms,and the application effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
