Effect of PDCA Combined with ABC Management Health Education on Compliance Behavior and Negative Psychology of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

摘  要:目的:探讨PDCA联合ABC管理健康教育对慢性乙肝患者遵医行为及负性心理的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年7月笔者所在科慢性乙肝患者88例,将其随机分为A组和B组,各44例。A组接受常规健康教育,B组接受PDCA联合ABC管理健康教育。比较两组遵医行为及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果:B组饮食、用药、良好生活习惯及定期复查依从性均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SDS和SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,B组SDS和SAS评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性乙肝患者实施PDCA联合ABC管理健康教育,可以显著提高患者的遵医依从性,减少负性心理,对提高患者疗效和改善预后均有积极的作用。Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA combined with ABC management health education on compliance behavior and negative psychology of chronic hepatitis B patients.Method:A total of 88 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our department from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 44 patients in each group.Group A received routine health education,while group B received PDCA combined with ABC management health education.The compliance behavior,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The compliance of diet,medication,good living habits and regular reexamination in group B were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SDS and SAS scores in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA combined with ABC management health education for chronic hepatitis B patients can significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients,reduce negative psychology,and have a positive effect on improving the efficacy and prognosis of patients.
