民国时期西北地区图书馆事业发展研究——以《中华图书馆协会会报》为考察对象

摘　　要：以《中华图书馆协会会报》为考察对象,本研究从图书馆数量统计、载文统计分析、同中华图书馆协会的关系、图书馆学人群体及其贡献、政治人物对图书馆事业的关心与支持等五个方面,梳理了民国时期西北地区图书馆事业发展概况,发现民国时期西北地区图书馆事业,起步较晚,整体较为落后,发展不平衡,但是也出现事业发展的两个高潮,类型结构体系基本形成,形成了各类型图书馆的代表,同时涌现出了刘国钧、何日章、张知道等在西北地区乃至全国图书馆界有较大影响的代表人物。This article takes Bulletin of the Library Association of China as the object of investigation.From aspects of the statistics of libraries,the statistical analysis of the articles,the relationship with the Library Association of China,librarians and their contributions,and the support of the politicians for the librarianship,the development of the librarianship in Northwest China during the period of the Republic of China(1912—1949)are discussed,and the development characteristics are summarized as later start,overallbackward situation,unbalanced development.However,there are also two climaxes in the development of the librarianship in the region as both the librarianship structure system has basically established and representatives of various types of libraries have been formed.At the same time,a lot of influential representatives of the libraryemerged in the northwestern region and even the whole country.They were Liu Kwoh-Chuin,He Rizhang,Zhang Zhidao,et al.
