摘 要:目的了解我国国产轮状病毒疫苗(lanzhou lamb rotavirus,LLR)实际接种情况,评价LLR接种程序的合理性。方法获取深圳市宝安区5家接种点2014年1月1日至2016年10月7日出生登记在册儿童LLR接种情况,分析其接种率、接种年龄和接种季节分布。结果深圳市宝安区国产轮状病毒疫苗至少接种一剂次的接种率为32.3%(5230/16184),仅1.4%(219/16184)的人接种3剂次。首剂LLR接种年龄高峰在11月龄和14月龄,且近年来呈推迟趋势。接种时间主要集中在每年5-9月。结论宝安区轮状病毒疫苗首剂接种年龄过晚,全程接种率不高,剂次之间间隔过长,需要调整完善该疫苗的免疫接种程序。Objective To understand the immunization schedule of the domestic attenuated rotavirus vaccine(Lanzhou lamb rotavirus,LLR)and to evaluate the reasonableness of the present schedule.Methods The LLR vaccination status among children who were born from January 1,2014 to October 7,2016 and registered in 5 vaccination sites in Baoan district of Shenzhen were obtained to analyze the districution of vaccination rate,age and season of vaccination.Results In Bao’an district of Shenzhen,the rate of vaccination rate for at least one dose was 32.3%(5230/16184)while only 1.4%(219/16184)of the children received 3 doses.The peaks of age receiving the first dosage of LLR were 11 months and 14 months old,showing a trend of postponing.The time of vaccination was mainly between May to September each year.Conclusions The age of the first dose of LLR was rather late.The rate of full vaccination was low and the interval between doses was too long.The current immunization schedule should be improved.
