摘 要:本文介绍了换热器在制冷系统中的重要性以及与其他领域相比制冷系统中换热器所具有的特殊性,并按照《中国家用电冰箱产业技术路线图》(2019年版)所提供的方向概述了微通道换热器的性能优势,总结了微通道换热器和细管径翅片管换热器的研究现状。总结了换热器强化换热的方法,如进行表面处理、采用相变材料蓄冷等方法来提高冰箱性能。结果表明:紧凑化是冰箱换热器的发展方向和趋势,有助于提升冰箱的换热性能、优化容积、减少制冷剂充注量并降低成本,但存在一些技术难题如易结垢、难化霜等问题,给实际应用带来了挑战。The importance of heat exchangers in refrigeration system and the particularity of refrigerator heat exchangers compared with those in other fields are introduced in this paper.According to the development direction of refrigerator heat exchangers provided by“The Technical Roadmap of China's Household Refrigerator Industry”(2019 Edition),the performance advantages and technical status of microchannel heat exchanger are summarized,then the research progress of fin-and-tube heat exchanger using smaller diameter tubes is reviewed.In addition,some methods to enhance the heat transfer of the heat exchanger,such as surface treatment and phase change material storage,are also investigated to improve the performance of the refrigerator.The results indicate that compactness is the development direction of refrigerator heat exchangers.Compactness is beneficial to improve the heat transfer performance,to optimize the volume,and to decrease the refrigerant charge and the cost of refrigerators.However,when heat exchangers for refrigerators become more compact,there are some technical problems such as easy fouling and hard defrosting,which bring challenges to the practical application.
