摘 要:本文采用实车实验及台架模拟的方法,研究了汽车空调压缩机加油量对系统性能与可靠性的影响,分析了加油量多与少的利弊,汽车空调系统油迁移现象原理和涂层技术的应用。结果表明:优化加油量可以将油循环率从3%降低至0.5%,并降低出风口温度0.8~1.7℃;台架模拟实验复现了实车油迁移现象,证明油迁移引起的压缩机贫油会降低压缩机的可靠性;应用涂层技术后可以改善油迁移引起的压缩机可靠性问题,并保证系统原有性能。This article studies effect of oil charge amount of automotive air-conditioning compressor on system performance and reliability by the method of vehicle test and bench simulation,and analyzes advantages and disadvantages for oil charge amount,the principle of oil migration in automotive air-conditioning system and application of coating technology.The result shows that,the improvement of oil charge amount can reduce oil circulation rate from 3%to 0.5%,and reduce outlet temperature 0.8-1.7℃;bench simulation test reproduces the vehicle compressor oil migration,prove that compressor lack of oil caused by oil migration can reduce compressor reliability;coating technology can improve the compressor reliability caused by oil migration and ensure system original performance.
