摘　　要：以加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省为案例,针对电子文件管理相关法律与电子文件管理的关系展开研究。文章主要包括三大部分,即该省电子文件概念的法律呈现、电子文件管理相关法律与电子文件管理,以及在2016年首次颁布、2019年进行重要修订的《信息管理法》框架下的电子文件管理现状。研究重点突出了该省信息自由法与电子文件管理的关系,并在此基础上对电子文件管理的发展提出了几点思考。This article reports on a study that investigated the development history of electronic records management in the Province of British Columbia,Canada,in particular its relationships with the closely related legislation such as the Document Disposal Act and the Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act.It examined the Information Management Act,the modernized archival law,and distilled implications based on the analyses.
