摘　　要：业务系统与档案管理系统归档集成是业务系统电子文件归档要解决的首要问题和要实现的根本任务。基于文献调查法、文本内容分析法和实践调研法,归纳了业务系统与档案管理系统归档集成框架的构成要素。在电子文件生命周期理论、全程管理与前端控制及信息系统集成理论指导下,构建了自下而上由数据层、业务层、接口层和功能层构成的,左右两端分别为标准规范体系和安全管理体系的业务系统与档案管理系统归档集成框架。其中,数据层需要明确归档集成对象覆盖不同态别的业务数据,业务层需要进行面向前端控制的业务操作规则配置,接口层需要开发技术选型合理和接口规范完善的归档集成接口,功能层需要建立融合保障归档文件四性和支持归档过程管控的功能体系。Archiving integration of business system and archives management system is the primary problem to be solved and the fundamental task to be achieved in archiving of business system electronic records.Based on literature review,text content analysis and practice survey,this paper summarizes the elements of the archiving integrated framework of business system and archives management system.Under the guidance of electronic record lifecycle theory,"life-cycle management"and"frontrend control"and information system integration theory,this paper constructs archiving integrated framework of business system and archives management system which from the bottom to the top contains data layer,business layer,interface layer,function layer,the left end is standards and specifications system,and the right end is safety management system.The data layer needs to define the integration objects,which should cover the business data of different states.The business layer needs to configure business operation rules for front-end control.The interface layer needs to develop a archiving integration interface with reasonable technology selection and perfect interface specifications.The functional layer needs to establish a functional system that integrates the protection of the four nature of the archived records and supports the management and control of the archiving process.
