摘 要:文中以2013-2018年我国75家上市物流企业的数据,使用DEA-Tobit(数据包络分析-受限因变量模型)两阶段法对企业的技术效率与影响因素进行研究。结论表明:我国物流企业技术效率整体不高,铁路运输业技术效率最高,民营企业技术效率高于国企;管理费用占总成本越高,技术效率越低,企业资产负债率与技术效率负相关。物流企业可以从优化企业要素投入比例、重视人才培育、资产重组和提高企业的创新能力等方面提升企业效率。This paper used DEA-Tobit two-stage method to compute the technical efficiency and analyzed influencing factors of enterprises with the data of 75 listed logistics companies from 2013 to 2018 in China.The conclusion showed that the overall technical efficiency of my country s logistics enterprises was not high,the technical efficiency of the railway transportation industry was the highest,and the technical efficiency of private enterprises was higher than that of state-owned enterprises;the higher the management cost accounted for the total cost,the lower the technical efficiency,and the company s asset-liability ratio was negatively related to technical efficiency.Logistics companies could improve their efficiency from aspects such as optimizing the ratio of factor inputs,cultivating talents,reorganizing assets,and improving their innovation capabilities.Logistics companies can improve their efficiency from aspects such as optimizing the ratio of factor inputs,cultivating talents,reorganizing assets,and improving their innovation capabilities.
