摘　　要：创新创业能力的培养不仅是新时代国家战略发展的要求,更是满足企业及社会用人需求、促进高校自身发展的有效保障。文中在明确物流管理学生创新创业能力培养目标定位的基础上,针对物流管理专业涵盖面广、实践性强的特点,结合三螺旋创新理论,构建以高校、政府和企业为主导,以物流管理专业学生为主体,以“校内+校外”实践教学模式为核心,以知识、品格等多维素质为培养目标的物流管理学生双创能力培养模式,以期提高物流管理学生创新创业的能力。The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is not only to meet the requirements of national strategic development in the new era,but also to meet the needs of enterprises and social employment,and to promote the development of colleges and universities.On the basis of defining the training objective of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of logistics management specialty,this paper,in view of the wide coverage and strong practicality of the logistics management specialty,combined with the three helix innovation theory,builds a logistics management student s double-innovation ability training model that is led by colleges,governments and enterprises,with logistics management students as the main body,with“inside school+outside school”practical teaching model as the core,and multi-dimensional qualities such as knowledge and character as training objectives,in order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the logistics management students.
