摘  要:宫颈癌严重危害女性健康。细胞S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关。作为F-box蛋白家族的成员,Skp2可通过介导底物蛋白的泛素化降解,参与调控相关肿瘤细胞的周期、增殖、侵袭与转移。Skp2参与宫颈癌的病理机制研究,主要集中于Skp2-p27信号通路、C-myc与Skp2相互作用、促进染色体扩增和人乳头瘤病毒感染等方面。本文综述Skp2参与肿瘤及宫颈癌病理机制的研究现状。Cervical cancer is a serious danger to women’s health.S phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2)is reported to play important roles in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.As a member of the F-box protein family,Skp2 participates in regulating cell cycle,cellular proliferation,invasion and metastasis of related tumor by mediating the ubiquitination of substrate proteins.Until recently,the studies on functions of Skp2 in the pathological mechanism of cervical cancer mainly focused on the Skp2-p27 signaling pathway,the interaction between C-myc and Skp2,the promotion of chromosome expansion,and human papillomavirus infection.This paper reviews the research status of Skp2 in tumor and cervical cancer.
