摘　　要：公共资源电子交易平台根据行业特点建有面向不同专业的专用交易系统,能够满足工程建设、土地和矿业权出让、产权交易、政府采购等“标准”项目的日常交易需求,然而还有不少项目无法归类到上述专业中去,无法实现电子化。本文提出了解决“电子交易全覆盖”问题的基本思路,并就“非标准”项目交易系统的设计方法作了介绍。According to the characteristics of the industry,the public resources electronic trading platform has built a special trading system for different specialties,which can meet the daily trading needs of“standard”projects such as engineering construction,land and mining right transfer,property right transaction,government procurement,etc.However,there are many projects that can not be classified into the above specialties and can not be electronic.This paper puts forward the basic idea to solve the problem of“full coverage of electronic transactions”,and introduces the design method of“non-standard”project transaction system.
