摘　　要：本文从提升商业银行电子证据效力入手,详细介绍网上赋强公证、区块链存证和电子认证三种提升电子证据效力的方式,并为三种方式在商业银行的应用提出了建议。This paper starts with improving the effectiveness of electronic evidence in commercial banks,and introduces three ways to enhance the effectiveness of electronic evidence in detail,including online enforcement notarization,blockchain storage and electronic authentication,and puts forward suggestions for the application of these three ways in commercial banks.
