摘 要:为研究一种适合旋转通道径角挤压工艺制备铝合金块体超细晶材料的润滑剂,将不同质量分数的石墨和二硫化钼固体润滑剂添加到锂基抗极压润滑脂中,以模具材料H13钢和铝合金2024、7075为对磨材料,在往复运动实验平台上进行中高接触应力面面接触摩擦实验,研究不同润滑脂的减摩抗磨性能。结果表明:在抗极压润滑脂中增加固体润滑剂能提高大塑性变形过程中的减摩抗磨能力,改善摩擦磨损形式,其中未加入润滑剂时主要以咬合黏着磨损、磨粒磨损为主,加入固体润滑剂后以轻微黏着磨损为主;与二硫化钼相比,石墨的六边形层状结构能够起到更好的支撑作用,在铝合金挤压成形过程中表现出更优异的减摩抗磨性能;石墨固体润滑剂的添加量与对磨材料的摩擦磨损机制有关,其适宜的添加量为10%~20%,其中材质较软的铝合金2024与H13对磨时以黏着磨损为主,需要添加更多的石墨去填补黏着磨损形成的犁沟,而铝合金7075与H13对磨时以边界摩擦为主,石墨添加量相对较少。In order to study the lubricant for preparing the ultra-fine grained bulk aluminum alloy by the helical channel angular pressing process,graphite and molybdenum disulfide with different mass fractions were added to the lithium-based extreme pressure(EP)grease.With H13 steel and aluminum alloy 2024,7075 as the friction pairs,the friction and wear experiments of surface on surface contact with med-high pressure were conducted at the reciprocating experimental platform to study the friction reducing and anti-wear properties of different greases.The results show that the addition of solid lubricant in EP grease can improve the friction reducing and anti-wear ability in the process of large plastic deformation and change the friction and wear form.The main wear patterns are occlusive adhesion wear and abrasive wear without solid lubricant,and slight adhesive wear with solid lubricant.Compared with molybdenum disulfide,graphite shows better lubrication performance since the hexagonal layered inner structure play a better supporting role.The addition of graphite solid lubricant is related to the friction and wear mechanism of the material.The appropriate amount of graphite is from 10%to 20%.The friction and wear mechanism for the softer aluminum alloy 2024 against H13 steel is main adhesive wear,and it is needed to add more graphite to fill the furrow formed by adhesive wear,while friction dorm for harder aluminum alloy 7075 against H13 steel is boundary friction,and the amount of added graphite is relatively small.
