摘　　要：日本是我国农产品主要出口国之一。新冠肺炎疫情的到来,给我国和日本农产品贸易发展造成了冲击。疫情期间,中日农产品贸易主要受到来自需求制约和供给中断两方面的影响。日本由于债务危机等经济下滑以及疫情的加重导致农产品进口需求减少;我国由于疫情防控前期区域性的"封村"封路、道路交通阻隔造成了农产品供应链中断导致农产品大量滞销,农业生产要素投入不足使农业生产能力下降,使农产品出口日本不确定性增加。相对来说,受疫情影响,我国向日本出口农产品比从日本进口农产品损失更大些。但随着疫情情况好转,我国与日本农产品贸易逐渐恢复。在梳理新冠疫情对中日农产品贸易影响的同时,提出保障粮食质量安全,转换传统销售渠道,加强与跨境电商平台合作,尽早恢复中日农产品进出口。Japan is One of the main importers of agricultural products in China.Because of the arrival of COVID-19.It has caused an impact on agricultural trade between China and Japan.During that time,the trade of agricultural products between China and Japan was mainly affected by demand constraints and supply disruptions.Due to the debt crisis and the aggravation of the epidemic have led to a decreasing of agricultural products trade;in China,due to the regional closure of villages and roads in the early stage of epidemic prevention and control,the interruption of the agricultural product supply chain has caused a large number of agricultural products to be unsold,and the input of agricultural production factors is insufficient Decrease agricultural production capacity and increase the uncertainty of agricultural exports to Japan.Relatively speaking,Agricultural exports to Japan have suffered more losses than imports from Japan.However,as the epidemic situation going well,trade in agricultural products between China and Japan gradually resumed.The paper aims to sort out the impact of COVID-19 on agricultural trade.it is proposed to ensure food quality and safety,change the way of traditional sales,strengthen cooperation with cross-border e-commerce platforms,and resume the import and export of agricultural products as soon as possible.
