沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片合用盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗扩张型心肌病心衰的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗扩张型心肌病心衰的临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2017年2月-2019年10月收治的90例患者纳入研究,按照随机数表将患者分为A组、B组、C组,各30例。所有患者均使用美托洛尔、螺内酯等常规药物治疗,在此基础上A组增加沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,B组增加盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,C组增加沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片+盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗。对比观察三组治疗效果、心功能变化情况及药物不良反应。结果:C组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前三组LVEF、LVEDD、LVES比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周后,C组LVEF高于A组、B组,LVEDD、LVES低于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组治疗后各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上增加沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片、盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,改善患者的心功能,同时两种药物安全性高,临床应用价值高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of Sakubatravsartan Sodium Tablets and Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Method:A total of 90 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were included in the study.According to the random number table,patients were divided into group A,group B and group C,30 cases each.All patients were treated with Metoprolol,Spironolactone and other conventional drugs.On this basis,group A increased the treatment of Sacubatrevalsartan Sodium Tablets,group B increased the treatment of Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets,group C increased the treatment of Sacubatrevalsartan Sodium Tablets+Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets.The therapeutic effect,changes of cardiac function and adverse drug reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:The total effective rate in group C was higher than that in group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in LVEF,LVEDd and LVES among the three groups before the treatment(P>0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,the level of LVEF in group C was higher than that in group A and B,and the level of LVEDd and LVES were lower than those in group A and B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in each indicator between group A and group B after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment effect and heart function of patients can be significantly improved by adding Sakubatravalin Sodium Tablets and Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets.At the same time,the two drugs have high safety and clinical application value.
