摘  要:目的:观察心脏骤停患者使用机器按压和人工按压的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院及市其他三家医院急诊科2018年11月-2019年11月收治的心跳呼吸骤停患者91例。按数字随机法分为两组,研究组44例使用心肺复苏机按压,对照组47例使用人工按压;比较两组心肺复苏前后血气指标、ROSC(自主循环恢复)时间、复苏有效率与成功率等。结果:复苏前两组动脉血气相关指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复苏后两组PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2均优于复苏前,且研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ROSC时间短于对照组,心肺复苏有效率和成功率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用心肺复苏机为心脏骤停患者行心脏复苏,在改善患者血气指标、ROSC、复苏有效率等方面的效果均优于人工复苏,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of machine pressure and artificial pressure in patients with cardiac arrest.Method:A total of 91 patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest admitted to the emergency department of the author’s hospital and 3 other hospitals in the city from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the numerical random method.44 cases in the study group were given cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine pressure,while 47 cases in the control group were given artificial pressure.Blood gas indexes before and after CPR,ROSC(return of spontaneous circulation)time,resuscitation efficiency and success rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in arterial blood gas related indicators between the two groups before resuscitation(P>0.05).After resuscitation,PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 in the two groups were all better than those before resuscitation,and the study group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROSC time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the efficiency and success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)with cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine for patients with cardiac arrest is better than artificial resuscitation in improving blood gas index,ROSC,resuscitation efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.
