益肾活血汤联合空心螺钉内固定术对股骨颈骨折患者骨密度及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾活血汤联合空心螺钉内固定术对股骨颈骨折患者骨密度及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2020年2月笔者所在医院收治的82例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,采用交替分组法将其分为两组,A组和B组各41例,A组采用空心螺钉内固定术治疗,B组在A组基础上,联合益肾活血汤治疗。术后2周,比较两组炎症因子水平;治疗后3个月,比较两组临床疗效、骨密度、髋关节功能。结果:B组优良率为90.24%,高于A组的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后1 d TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后2周TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于术后1 d,且B组低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前骨密度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后3个月骨密度水平均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前Harris评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后3个月Harris评分均高于治疗前,且B组高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血汤联合空心螺钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折患者效果较好,可有效降低其炎症因子水平,改善骨密度,提高髋关节功能,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction combined with hollow screw internal fixation on bone mineral density and inflammatory factor levels in patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:A total of 82 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the alternate grouping method,they were divided into two groups of group A and group B,41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with hollow screw internal fixation,and group B was treated with Yishen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of group A.Two weeks after operation,compared the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups;3 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,and hip function of the two groups were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of group B was 90.24%,which was higher than 68.29% of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 were compared between the two groups on the first day after operation,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 in the two groups two weeks after operation were lower than those at 1 day after operation,and group B were lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the bone mineral density levels of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The bone mineral density of the two groups after 3 months of treatment was higher than that before surgical treatment,and the group B was higher than that of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the Harris scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Harris scores of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were higher than those before treatment in both two groups,and group B was higher than group A,the differences were statisticall
