摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素B12穴位注射配合刺络拔罐治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法:研究对象为2018年1月-2019年6月笔者所在医院门诊+住院治疗的40例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各20例。对照组接受维生素B12穴位注射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合刺络拔罐治疗。比较两组临床疗效、JOA评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组JOA评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维生素B12穴位注射配合刺络拔罐治疗方案的实施可明显提高腰背肌筋膜炎治疗效果,有效缓解患者临床症状,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of vitamin B12 acupoint injection combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis.Method:The subjects of this study were 40 patients with lumbar and back myofascitis treated in outpatient and inpatient in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received vitamin B12 acupoint injection treatment,and the study group combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,JOA score and Oswestry disability index were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).JOA score and Oswestry disability index in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of vitamin B12 acupoint injection combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect of lumbar and back myofascitis and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is worth promoting.
