手足口病血硒水平与T细胞亚群的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病(HFMD)血硒水平与T细胞亚群的相关性。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年5月东莞市长安医院收治的150例手足口病患儿作为HFMD组,并结合患儿具体病情将其分为重症组(n=50)及轻症组(n=100)两个亚组,另选取同期于本院参加体检的健康儿童30例作为对照组。比较各组CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+、CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+及微量元素硒(Se)水平,并分析HFMD患儿中微量元素硒与T细胞亚群细胞水平的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,HFMD组CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+及CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+水平、Se水平均明显更低(P<0.05)。HFMD重症组CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+水平、Se水平均明显低于轻症组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,HFMD患儿血硒水平与T细胞亚群呈显著正相关。结论:HFMD患儿病情严重程度、T细胞亚群水平与血硒水平存在密切关系,患儿随病情加重,Se水平降低,其T淋巴细胞功能抑制也会更加严重。Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood selenium level and T cell subsets in hand foot mouth disease(HFMD).Method:A total of 150 children with HFMD admitted to Chang’an Hospital,Dongguan City,from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the HFMD group.The HFMD group was divided into the severe symptom group(n=50)and the mild symptom group(n=100)according to the specific conditions of the children,and 30 healthy children who participated in physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of CD3^+,CD3^+CD4^+,CD3^+CD8^+,CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+ and trace element selenium(Se)in each group were compared,and the correlation between trace element selenium and T cell subsets was analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3^+,CD3^+CD4^+,CD3^+CD8^+,CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+ and Se in the HFMD group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD3^+CD4^+,CD3^+CD8^+,CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+ and Se in the severe symptom group were significantly lower than those in the mild symptom group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between serum selenium level and T cell subsets in children with HFMD.Conclusion:The severity of HFMD and the level of T cell subsets are closely related to the blood selenium level.With the aggravation of the disease and the decrease of Se level,the inhibition of T lymphocyte function will be more serious.
