舒适护理联合心理护理对消化内镜检查患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理联合心理护理对消化内镜检查患者的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院收治的消化内镜检查患者156例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组(n=78)和对照组(n=78),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理联合心理护理。比较两组消化内镜检查患者精神状态、生命体征、疼痛程度的差异。结果:干预前,两组精神状态、生命体征差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS和SDS得分明显低于对照组,HR、RR、SBP和SDP水平均明显优于对照组,而疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内镜检查患者实施舒适护理联合心理护理,能有效改善患者的精神状态、生命体征及疼痛程度,对消化内镜检查患者有积极影响。Objective:To explore the effect of comfort nursing combined with psychological nursing on patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.Method:A total of 156 patients with digestive endoscopy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=78)and the control group(n=78).The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given comfortable nursing combined with psychological nursing on this basis.The differences of mental state,vital signs and pain degree between the two groups were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in mental state,vital signs between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HR,RR,SBP and SDP in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,while the degree of pain was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing combined with psychological nursing can effectively improve the mental state,vital signs and pain degree of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy,and has a positive impact on patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.
