赋能教育模式对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析赋能教育模式对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法:选取2019年6-9月在本院行剖宫产的122例产妇,将其分为对照组和观察组,各61例,给予对照组产妇常规的母乳喂养健康教育与指导,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上进行赋能教育模式护理,观察并比较两组产妇乳汁的分泌情况及术后母乳喂养成功率。结果:在初始泌乳时间<24 h产妇占比方面,观察组(95.08%)高于对照组(55.74%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.037,P<0.05);两组母乳喂养成功率比较,观察组术后1周(93.44%)及1个月(96.72%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.834、9.682,P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产术后产妇给予赋能教育模式,能够有效促进乳汁的分泌,提高母乳喂养成功率,效果显著,有较高的推广价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of empowerment education model on breastfeeding of cesarean puerpera.Method:A total of 122 puerperae who had undergone cesarean section in our hospital from June to September 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,61 cases with each group.Routine health education and guidance were given to the control group of puerpera,and the observation group of puerpera in the control group on the basis of the education mode of empowerment nursing.The breast milk secretion and the success rate of breastfeeding after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:In terms of maternal occupancy rate with initial lactation time<24 h,the observation group(95.08%)was higher than 55.74% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.037,P<0.05).Compared the success rate of breastfeeding between the two groups,the observation group at 1 week(93.44%)and 1 month(96.72%)after operation were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=10.834,9.682,P<0.05).Conclusion:The empowerment education model for postpartum puerpera after cesarean section can effectively promote the secretion of milk and increase the success rate of breastfeeding.The effect is remarkable and has high promotion value.
