摘　　要：纤维样肾小球病(fibrillary glomerulopathy,FGP)是临床上少见的一类肾小球疾病,其临床表现主要为血尿、大量蛋白尿、高血压、肾功能不全等,电镜检查是诊断该病的主要手段和金标准。目前发病机制尚不明确,且该病进展快、预后差,临床上仍缺乏有效的治疗措施。本文对上述内容做一综述。Fibrillary glomerulopathy(FGP)is a rare type of glomerular disease.The clinical manifestations are mainly hematuria,massive proteinuria,hypertension and renal insufficiency.Electron microscopy is the main basis and gold standard for the diagnosis of this disease.At present,the pathogenesis is unclear,and the fast progress of the disease,with poor prognosis,still lack of effective treatment measures.This paper summarizes the above contents.
