摘  要:通过对异形零件的整体结构分析,明确加工难点,制定合理的加工工序,结合精益生产理念完成加工过程。外型加工采用四轴数控加工方法,利用CATIA-CAM数控编程模块完成前置处理加工轨迹创建,生成APT文件,利用机床后置处理技术将刀位轨迹转换成机床识别的数控加工程序,再利用VERICUT软件对加工程序刀具路径进行仿真,最后在四轴数控机床上完成加工验证。Through the analysis of the overall structure of the parts,the processing difficulties are clarified and the reasonable processing procedures are formulated.Combining lean production concept to complete processing,the four axis numerical control machining method is adopted for the external processing of irregular parts.The pre-processing processing track is completed by CATIA-CAM numerical control programming module,and the apt file is generated.The post-processing technology of machine tool is used to convert the tool path into the numerical control machining program recognized by machine tool,and then the machining program tool path is simulated by software VERICUT.The four axis numerical control machine is used to finish the machining verification.
