考虑决策者行为的突发事件应急物资配送中心选址研究

摘　　要：为保障重大突发事件发生后应急物资可以快速高效地配送至受灾地区,提出考虑决策者行为的应急物资配送中心选址方法。利用异质信息表示备选点模糊评价属性,基于前景理论刻画决策者有限理性、损失规避等心理计算前景价值,基于相对贴近度计算属性重要指数,进而得到综合价值。据此选择更符合决策者心理的应急物资配送中心。In order to ensure that emergency supplies can be quickly and efficiently distributed to the disaster area after the occurrence of a major emergency,the location method of emergency supplies distribution center considering the behavior of decision makers is proposed.Using heterogeneous information to represent the fuzzy evaluation attribute of alternative points,based on the prospect theory to depict the decision makers'bounded rationality,loss avoidance and other psychology,and calculate the prospect value;based on the relative closeness degree,the important index of attributes is calculated and the comprehensive value is obtained.Accordingly,the emergency supplies distribution center which is more in line with the decision maker's psychology is selected.
