摘 要:针对B2B电子商务模式下的车辆路径(Vehicle Routing Problem,VRP)优化问题,构建多供货点智能配送VRP模型。该模型考虑车辆启动费用和运输费用,以总费用最小为目标,供需平衡及需求时间窗等为约束,从系统的角度统筹优化商户之间的配送问题,以提高交通资源的使用率。同时,根据模型特点设计了基于Python算法和Gurobi求解器的求解方法。以泉州纺织鞋业为例,探讨供货点集中和供货点分散两种情形下的配送优化问题。结果表明:B2B电子商务模式下的多供货点智能配送VRP模型适用于实际运营工作中,能够得到可行有效的配送方案,有利于提高交通资源利用率,促进泉州纺织鞋业跨境电商业务更好的发展。Aiming at the vehicle routing optimization problem under the B2B e-commerce model,this paper proposes to an optimization model for multiple supply points intelligent delivery.By considering the vehicle start-up costs and transportation costs,this model minimizes the total costs,and sets the balance of supply and demand and the demand time window as constraints,which coordinates and optimizes the distribution problems among merchants from a system perspective,to improve the utilization rate of transportation resources.According to the characteristics of the model,the paper also introduces the solving method based on Python algorithm and Gurobi solver.Taking the textile and footwear industry of Quanzhou as an example,this paper discusses the distribution optimization problems in two situations of centralized and decentralized supply points.The results show that the multiple supply point intelligent distribution VRP model under the B2B e-commerce model is suitable for actual operations and can obtain an feasible and effective distribution plan,which is conducive to improving transportation resource utilization and promoting better development for cross-border e-commerce business in Quanzhou textile and footwear industry.
