福州货代人才流失原因分析及对策

摘　　要：货代人才流失成为阻碍货代企业发展的关键问题,文章以问卷调查的方式对福州多家货代企业的员工进行满意度调查,分析调查结果并归纳货代人才流失的原因,总结人才流失对货代企业造成的影响,最后针对性地提出应对策略。The loss of freight forwarding talents has become a key problem hindering the development of freight forwarding enterprises.In this paper,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the employees of several freight forwarding enterprises in Fuzhou.The survey results are analyzed and the reasons for the brain drain are summarized.The impact of the brain drain on freight forwarding enterprises is summarized.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward.
