摘　　要：近些年随着科技的进步和发展,湖北省制造业的发展和物流业的关系也日益密切,物流业的发展对转变制造业的生产方式、增强行业竞争力、降低行业成本等方面发挥的作用越来越大,同样的,制造业的发展对物流业也有着至关重要的影响。通过对近些年来的数据进行分析调研,湖北省的制造业发展并不突出,物流业发展领先于制造业,这种现象不利于湖北企业产业结构的升级,同时也限制了其在经济上增长模式的改变。为达到湖北省“两业”相互协调,共同发展,使用DEA模型对“两业”发展进行分析与评价,通过选取湖北省2010~2018年间制造业与物流业数据指标,将“两业”互为输入输出,进一步对湖北省“两业”发展的协调性进行效率评价和分析,并以此为基础提出相应对策,优化“两业”协调发展。With the advancement and development of science and technology in recent years,the relationship between the development of the manufacturing industry in Hubei province and the logistics industry has become increasingly close.The development of the logistics industry has played an important role in transforming the production mode of the manufacturing industry,enhancing industry competitiveness,and reducing industry costs.The role is getting bigger and bigger.Similarly,the development of the manufacturing industry has a vital influence on the logistics industry.Through the analysis and investigation of the data in recent years,the development of the manufacturing industry in Hubei province is not outstanding,and the development of the logistics industry is leading the manufacturing industry.This phenomenon is not conducive to the upgrading of the industrial structure of Hubei enterprises,and also limits their economic growth mode change.In order to achieve mutual coordination and common development of the“two industries”in Hubei province,the DEA model is used to analyze and evaluate the development of the“two industries”.By selecting the data indicators of the manufacturing and logistics industries in Hubei province from 2010 to 2018,the“two industries”for input and output,the efficiency evaluation and analysis of the coordination of the development of the“two industries”in Hubei province are further carried out,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed on this basis to optimize the coordinated development of the“two industries”.
