摘　　要：结合临床应用分析热湿交换器的加湿性能指标,利用自主研发的装置检测热湿交换器样品工作时的温湿度,并进行不同的因素的影响差异显著性分析,发现样品工作时的湿化效果较显著,在一定使用时间内(<12h),样品的湿化效果无统计学差异(P>0.05),但不同规格样品的湿化性能差异性较大(P<0.05)。Combined with the clinical application,the humidification performance indicator of HME was analyzed.The temperature and humidity of the HME samples were tested by the self-designed device,and the significance of difference in different factors were analyzed.It was found that the humidification effect of the samples was obvious,and there was no significant difference in the humidification effect of the sample within a certain using time(within 12h)(P>0.05).However,there were great differences in humidification performance among different specifications of samples(P<0.05).
