摘　　要：目的:探讨3.0T MRI延迟增强对肺癌脑转移的应用价值。方法:连续对2019年2月~2019年7月在本院的20例初诊肺癌脑转移患者进行多期延迟增强扫描,对比分析所有期相病灶的实质结构评分、边缘评分、总评分、CER和CBR等指标。结果:肺癌脑转移灶所有指标在不同期相之间均存在显著的统计学差异,且各组间的观察指标均有显著的统计学差异(均为P<0.05)。各延迟期相病灶的CER之间具有统计学差异(均为P<0.001)。结论:各延迟期相的MRI增强扫描在肺癌脑转移灶的实质结构评分、边缘评分、总评分、CER和CBR方面均优于常规增强图像,表明MRI延迟增强扫描对肺癌脑转移具有较高的诊断价值。Objective:To study the value of delayed contrast enhancement at 3.0T MRI in the diagnosis of lung cancer with brain metastasis.Methods:A total of 20 patients with brain metastases of lung cancer who were initially diagnosed in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were selected for delayed contrast enhanced MRI at different time points.The indicators including parenchymal structure score,edge score,total score and CER of all lesions were compared and analyzed among all phases.Results:There were significant statistical differences among all the observed indicators in brain metastasis of lung cancer at different phases,and there were also significant statistical differences among all the indicators in the comparison between the phases(all were P<0.05).The CER result shows statistically significant differences between all delayed phases(all P<0.001).Conclusion:The delayed contrast enhanced MRI scan were superior to the immediate contrast MRI in terms of lesion parenchymal structure score,edge score,total score,CER and CBR.Therefore,delayed contrast enhanced MRI has high diagnostic value in brain metastasis of lung cancer.
