摘　　要：目的:探索罗氏cobas 702全自动生化分析仪的血清指数在辨别血清样本溶血、黄疸、乳糜等干扰中的作用。方法:选取2019年2月~2019年10月本院检验科采集的检验血液样本1000份为对象,均采用罗氏cobas 702全自动生化分析仪进行黄疸指数、溶血指数、乳糜指数的检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:黄疸指数、溶血指数、乳糜指数的批内变异系数分别为1.04%、1.38%、1.27%,批间变异系数分别为1.96%、2.21%、2.13%,均符合高效检验对精密度要求。黄疸指数、溶血指数、乳糜指数与对应的TBIL、Hb、TG浓度对比均具有较高相关性。结论:罗氏cobas 702全自动生化分析仪的血清指数具有精密度好、准确度高的特点,而且操作简单,有利于检验人员及时筛查出异常样本,加强对生化检验中的分析前控制。Objective:To explore the role of serum index of Roche cobas 702 automatic biochemical analyzer in identifying hemolysis,jaundice and chylous interference in serum samples.Methods:1000 blood samples collected from the laboratory of our hospital from February 2019 to October 2019 were selected as objects,and the jaundice index,hemolysis index and chylous index were detected by Roche cobas 702 automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:Jaundice index,hemolysis index and chylous index were 1.04%,1.38%and 1.27%respectively.The coefficient of variation among batches was 1.96%,2.21%and 2.13%respectively,which met the precision requirement of high efficiency test.The jaundice index,hemolysis index,chylous index and corresponding TBIL,Hb,TG concentration were all highly correlated.Conclusion:The serum index of Roche cobas 702 automatic biochemical analyzer has the characteristics of good precision and high accuracy,and the operation is simple,which is helpful for inspectors to screen out abnormal samples in time,strengthen the control before analysis in biochemical test.
