摘　　要：目的:探讨医院科研用试剂耗材采购与管理的方法及对策。方法:对2018年1月~2019年1月本院科研用试剂耗材采购情况进行分析,并在2019年2月~2020年2月开展针对性管理方式,对比管理前后医院科研用试剂耗材金额。结果:未开展管理前,医院科研用试剂耗材采购管理方式较为分散,使得医疗费用有所增加,容易导致经费浪费情况出现。开展针对性管理后,医院科研用试剂耗材金额明显降低,与管理前对比具有统计学差异性:P<0.05。结论:当前医院科研用试剂耗材采购管理模式下存在部分采购价格偏高的情况,采取针对性、集中性处理措施,能够有效减低医院科研用试剂耗材的采购成本,使得科研经费使用效益提高,有利于节省医院人力、物力成本,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the methods and Countermeasures of purchasing and managing reagent consumables for scientific research in hospital.Methods:To analyze the purchasing situation of consumables for scientific research in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and carry out targeted management from February 2019 to February 2020 to compare the amount of consumables for scientific research before and after management.Results:Before the management,the procurement management of reagents and consumables for scientific research in the hospital was scattered,which increased the medical expenses and easily led to the waste of funds.After carrying out targeted management,the amount of reagent consumables for scientific research in hospital was significantly reduced,which was statistically different from that before management:P<0.05.Conclusion:Under the current procurement management mode of scientific research reagents and consumables in hospitals,there are some cases of high procurement price.Taking targeted and centralized treatment measures can effectively reduce the procurement cost of scientific research reagents and consumables in hospitals,improve the use efficiency of scientific research funds,save the cost of human and material resources in hospitals,have high application value.
