品管圈活动在提高神经外科手术器械准备完善率中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析神经外科手术开展过程中实施品管圈活动对手术器械准备完善率的影响。方法:本院于2019年6月开展品管圈活动,分别于活动开展前(2019年2月~2019年5月)及活动开展后(2019年6月~2019年9月)抽选34例需行神经外科手术的患者,对比两组手术器械准备完善率及医生满意度。结果:活动开展后手术器械准备完善率94.12%高于活动开展前82.35%,且活动开展后医生满意度100%高于活动开展前91.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经外科手术开展过程中实施品管圈活动可以提高手术器械准备完善率及医生满意度。Objective:To analyze the influence of quality control circle on the rate of surgical instrument preparation and improvement during neurosurgery.Methods:Our hospital carried out the quality control circle activities in June 2019.34 patients who needed neurosurgery were selected before the activities(February 2019~May 2019)and after the activities(June 2019~September 2019).The preparation rate and doctor satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement rate of surgical instrument preparation after the launch of the activity was 94.12%higher than 82.35%before the launch of the activity,and the satisfaction rate of doctors after the launch of the activity was 100%higher than 91.18%before the launch of the activity,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality control circle in neurosurgery can improve the rate of preparation and improvement of surgical instruments and the satisfaction of doctors.
