Bartha K61株活疫苗对猪伪狂犬变异毒株和传统毒株的免疫保护效力分析

摘　　要：为了分析猪伪狂犬病活疫苗Bartha K61株预防流行变异毒株的效力。以经典PRV-EA株和变异PRV-XT株为攻毒毒株,评价Bartha K61活疫苗免疫仔猪对伪狂犬病病毒变异株的保护效力。用Bartha K61株活疫苗免疫4~5周龄断奶仔猪,免疫28 d后,分别用PRV-EA株和流行变异PRV-XT株攻毒,观察仔猪的临床症状和病理变化,检测鼻腔排毒情况。结果显示,Bartha K61株活疫苗可对经典PRV-EA株攻毒提供良好的免疫保护,但对变异毒株PRV-XT仅能提供部分保护。PRV-EA株攻毒组所有猪只未出现明显临床症状,而PRV-XT攻毒组出现较为明显的临床症状。表明Bartha K61株活疫苗对传统毒株有良好保护效果,而对流行变异毒株不能提供完全保护。To evaluate the actual effect of the pseudorabies live vaccine(Bartha K61 strain)against the highly virulent strains,the traditional PRV-EA strain and the popular variant PRV-XT strain were used as the challenge strains to assess the protective effect against the pseudorabies virus mutant strain in the Bartha K61 live vaccine immunized piglets.Bartha K61 live vaccine was inoculated in 4~5 weeks old weaned pigs.After 28 days of immunization,the PRV-EA strain and the epidemic variant PRV-XT strain were used for challenge.The clinical symptoms and pathological changes of the piglets after the challenge were observed,and the nasal shedding was detected.The results showed that the Bartha K61 vaccine provided good immuno-protection against the classical PRV-EA strain,but only partially protected against the popular variant strain PRV-XT.All the pigs in the PRV-EA strain challenge group showed no obvious clinical symptoms;while the PRV-XT challenge group showed obvious clinical symptoms.The above results indicate that the attenuated vaccine Bartha K61 strain has a good protective effect on traditional strains,but not on the endangered strains.
