摘  要:为了鉴定引起雏鸡关节炎及死亡的病原菌的生物学特性,采用常规细菌分离鉴定和16S rRNA PCR等方法从无菌采集病死雏鸡的肝脏、关节渗出液等病料组织中分离得到1株金黄色葡萄球菌。采用人工感染动物试验、K-B药敏纸片法及PCR法分别检测分离菌株的致病性、耐药性及多重耐药基因(cfr、fexA、fexB)携带情况。结果表明,分离菌株对雏鸡均有很强的致病性,其半数致死量(LD 50)为3.16×106 CFU/mL;分离菌株对头孢曲松、头孢拉啶、环丙沙星等5种药物敏感,对其他药物具有不同程度的耐药性;分离菌株同时携带多重耐药基因cfr和fexA。In order to identify the biological characteristics of pathogens causing arthritis and death in chickens,a strain of Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from liver and joint exudates of dead chickens by routine bacterial isolation and identification and 16S rRNA PCR.The pathogenicity,drug resistance and multiple drug resistance genes(cfr,fexA,fexB)were detected by artificial infection animal test,K-B susceptibility paper method and PCR method,respectively.The results showed that the isolates were highly pathogenic to chickens,with LD 50 of 3.16×106 CFU/mL.Isolated strains were sensitive to five drugs such as ceftriaxone,cefradine and ciprofloxacin,and were resistant to other drugs to varying degrees.The isolates also carried multiple drug resistance genes cfr and fexA.
