摘 要:为了研究梅花鹿花盘粉在小鼠上应用的效果,采用随机分组的试验设计,将150只4周龄雌性小鼠随机分成A、B、C、D、E共5组,每组30只,A组作为对照组,B、C、D、E为试验组,梅花鹿花盘粉在日粮中添加的比例依次为0%、2%、3%、4%、5%,饲养56 d。试验结果显示,在小鼠的日粮中添加梅花鹿花盘粉后,平均日增重和平均日采食量增加、料重比降低,D组与A组差异达统计显著水平(P<0.05);添加梅花鹿花盘粉使子宫指数增加、雌二醇含量降低、孕酮含量升高,E组与其余各组相比差异显著(P<0.05);D组、E组IL-8、TNF-α的浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。表明梅花鹿花盘粉在小鼠日粮中的最宜添加比例为4%~5%,梅花鹿花盘粉具有促进生长、增加骨密度、预防乳腺增生、预防炎症发生的作用。This study aimed to examine the responses of mice to the dietary supplementation of the powder of sika deer hard antler buttons(SDHAB).The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 150 four-week-old female mice being randomly allocated into 5 groups with 30 each.Group A was the control group,and groups B,C,D and E were the experimental groups.The powder of SDHAB was supplemented in the diet at 1%,2%,3%,4%and 5%,respectively.The formal experimental period lasted for 56 days.The results showed that the dietary supplementation of the powder of SDHAB increased average daily gain,average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to gain with a significant difference between group D and the control group(P<0.05).The supplement increased uterine index,decreased estradiol content and increased progesterone content,and the differences between group E and other groups being significant(P<0.05).The concentrations of IL-8 and TNF-αin groups D and E were significantly lower than those in other groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that the powder of SDHAB is supplemented to the diet of mice at 4%~5%.SDHAB can improve animal growth,increase bone mineral density,and prevent mammary gland hyperplasia and inflammation.
