摘  要:为了研究焊接锚垫板及锚固区的力学性能,制作了底板为Q345钢、筒壁为Q235钢的新型焊接锚垫板。分别以6mm、7mm和8mm为底板厚度制作了3个3孔、4孔和5孔锚垫板混凝土试件,通过试验研究了锚固区的传力性能。结果表明:增加锚垫板的底板厚度能有效提高混凝土试件的极限承载力;当底板厚度增加时,锚垫板孔位越小,其极限承载力就越高。In order to be studied the mechanical properties of welding anchor plate and anchorage zone,a new type of welding anchor plate with base plate of Q345 and cylinder wall of Q235 were made.Three concrete specimens with 3 holes,4 holes and 5 holes were made with 6 mm,7 mm and 8 mm thickness respectively,and the force transfer performance of the anchorage zone was studied through experiments.The results show that increasing the thickness of anchor plate can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete specimens;when the thickness of bottom plate increases,the smaller the hole position of anchor plate is,the higher the ultimate bearing capacity is.
