某院2180份临床输血申请单填写合格率情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查某院临床输血申请单填写的合格率情况,查找并分析填写不规范的原因,以便采取相应措施,提高输血申请质量,确保临床用血安全。方法选取2018年某院2180份输血申请单,统计填写合格率,对不合格的原因进行归类和分析。结果2180份输血申请单中,填写合格的656份,合格率为30.1%;不合格的1524份,不合格率为69.9%。结论某院临床输血申请单填写不规范,合格率不高,存在较多问题,有引发医疗纠纷的隐患,应采取有效的管理措施加强输血申请单填写的规范性,确保临床用血安全。Objective To investigate the passing rate of filling in the application form of clinical blood transfusion in a hospital,to find and analyze the reasons for non-standard filling,so as to take measures to improve the quality of blood transfusion application and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.Methods A total of 2180 blood transfusion applications in a hospital in 2018 were selected,the passing rate was counted,and the causes of the disqualification were classified and analyzed.Results Among the 180 blood transfusion applications,656 were qualified,and the passing rate was 30.1%;1524 were unqualified,and the passing rate was 69.9%.Conclusion The clinical blood transfusion application form in a hospital is not standard,the passing rate is not high,and there are many problems like potential medical disputes,we should take effective measures to strengthen the standardization of filling in the blood transfusion application form,so as to ensure the safety of clinical blood use.
