摘　　要：作为日本政坛举足轻重的政治人物,小泽一郎不但在思想层面通过提出“保守两党制”和“普通国家论”两大政治理念一举成为日本新保守主义的理论旗手,而且在实践方面通过纵横捭阖缔造一个又一个新保守政党,实现了日本政坛的政党轮替和一度使“保守两党制”变成现实,成为日本政治右倾化的强有力推手。在小泽一郎的幕后操纵和强有力推动下,日本政治右倾化无论在广度还是深度上都进入了前所未有的新阶段,不仅内政和外交全面右倾化,甚至渗透到了国家政权和国民意识层面。在单边主义和民族主义迅速抬头的国际背景下,在右翼势力重新抬头和蠢蠢欲动的日本国内形势下,日本政治右倾化已呈难以逆转之势,并给日本未来走向和中日关系走势带来了不确定性。As an important political figure in the Japanese political arena at the turn of the century,Ozawa Ichiro not only became the theoretical standard bearer of Japan’s Neoconservatism by putting forward the two political concepts of“Conservative Two-party System”and“Ordinary State Theory”,but also has created one new conservative party after another by playing tricks,realizing the party rotation in the Japanese political arena,making the“Conservative Two-party System”into reality,and becoming a powerful promoter of Japan’s political right deviation.Promoted by Ozawa Ichiro,Japan’s political right deviation has entered an unprecedented new stage in both breadth and depth.It is not only a comprehensive right deviation in domestic and foreign affairs,but also penetrates into the level of state power and national consciousness.Under the international background of the rapid rise of unilateralism and nationalism,Japan’s political right deviation has shown an irreversible trend,which has brought uncertainty to trend of Japan’s future and China-Japan relations.
